Membership Application
To become
a member or to renew your membership choose one of the following methods...

Please review membership category descriptions below before continuing to application
form. You can complete your renewal with a Secure payment through PayPal.
- Phone it in
Telephone us at 306-347-0676 or 1-800-347-0676. We can
gather the required information over the phone and process your membership
on your Visa or MasterCard.
- Mail it of
Download and fill in this MS Document or Adobe
PDF form, then print it off. Mail it along with a cheque, money order
(payable to SRIA) or Visa/Mastercard number to:

Memberships
remain in effect for one calendar year from date of receipt. Upon
receipt of membership you will receive an up-to-date membership package.
MEMBER
CATEGORIES
Membership is only available to those residing in Saskatchewan. Note: These are new rates as of June 1, 2007.
Universal benefits for all membership categories include:
- Informational mailouts, including our newsletter The Session and Saskatchewan Music Directory;
- Discounts on workshops and events;
- Discounts or fee waivers for SaskMusic performance opportunities and funding programs;
- Access to SaskMusic resource centre.

Youth Membership
For those 19 years of age or younger (must present student ID, etc.). Allows young members to get involved at a lower fee and access benefits typically required by those entering the industry.
All universal benefits plus:
- One-on-one career consultations.

Individual Membership
If you're a musician or songwriter, or employed in the music business in any way, this is the category for you. All universal benefits plus:
- One-on-one career consultations and business plan development;
- Free setup and hosting of an artist page on www.saskmusic.org (or a link to your existing page);
- Nomination and voting eligibility for the Western Canadian Music Awards;
- Nomination and voting eligibility for the SaskMusic Board of Directors.

- Up to four free applications to each performance opportunity and funding program;
